Assistant Store Manager

As an Assistant Manager at Evans Cycles, you'll support the Store Manager in running the store day-to-day, leading the team, driving sales, and delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Previous retail management or supervisory experience (cycling or sporting goods experience is a bonus)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Passionate about customer service with excellent communication skills
• Sales-driven, with experience meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Knowledge and enthusiasm for cycling products is highly desirable
• Organised, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Computer-literate and confident with administrative tasks
