As a Host at Everlast Gyms, you’ll be the first friendly face our members see when they walk through the door. More than just reception, this is a member-facing sales and service role where you’ll play a key part in driving memberships, supporting retention, and ensuring every visitor feels welcome.
Requirements
- Welcoming members and guests, ensuring every interaction is positive and professional.
- Supporting membership sales and retention by providing excellent service and guidance.
- Driving secondary spend KPIs by promoting products and services available in-club.
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene across the club.
- Acting as a competent key holder, opening and closing the club as required.
- Handling administrative duties, including use of the membership software system.
- Staying informed about fitness challenges, classes, and gym floor focuses, actively taking part to promote engagement.
- Supporting the Fitness Manager and wider team in delivering gym floor initiatives.
- Ensuring member feedback and complaints are handled professionally and escalated when needed.
- Actively experiencing the products and services on offer so you can confidently recommend them to members.
