Job Description
Sports Direct Malaysia is currently looking for a Product Supervisor to join their growing team. The company operates 41 retail stores domestically and manages a proprietary e-commerce site. The Product Supervisor will assist in coaching and training sales assistants, achieving sales targets, and monitoring stock deliveries.
Requirements
- SPM with at least 2 years' experience as Supervisor in retail industry / Diploma with at least 2 years as Sales Assistant (or equivalent)
- Passion with Sports and retail industry
- Proven small team leadership and management skills
- Knowledge in analytic, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Good customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work long hours, weekends, public holidays and shift duty
