Property Manager

Frasers Group is seeking a Property Manager to join the high-performance Property team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to become an expert operator across their patch, managing property management matters, estates issues, acquisitions, lease event management, and property overhead cost control.

Requirements

• Critically review, analyze, interpret and present appropriate data to inform senior leadership in decision making
• Excellent time and workload management skills
• Effectively multi-task and jump onto differing priorities as they appear
• Proficient on MS Suite system
