Senior Executive, Retail Marketing

We are looking for a Senior Executive, Retail Marketing to join our growing team in Sports Direct Malaysia. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing strategic retail marketing plans aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in marketing, preferably within the Retail (preferably in Sports or Fashion) or FMCG industry
• Proven experience working closely with shopping malls, landlords, and organising retail events and campaigns
• Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, hands-on, and results-driven with a strong “can-do” attitude
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and meet tight deadlines
• Willing to travel and work extended hours when required, especially during campaign and event periods
