The Fraunhofer Society is offering a Bachelor-/Master Thesis in Sustainable Material Supply Chain and Life Cycle Engineering. The research project will focus on developing life-cycle-based methods and digital tools for sustainable products and production processes.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for the sustainability assessment of innovative technologies
• Technical understanding and willingness to quickly immerse yourself in a technical product system
• Knowledge of the LCA methodology (ISO 14040) and material flow analysis or willingness to quickly and largely independently familiarize yourself
• Knowledge of Python and brightway2 can be beneficial
