Job Description
The Fraunhofer IEE in Kassel is researching in the fields of energy economics and energy system technology. The position involves developing an open-source simulation software package called PowerDynamics.jl for dynamic stability studies in electric networks.
Requirements
- Fundamental knowledge in electrical engineering/control engineering/energy technology or cybernetics
- Good programming knowledge, e.g., in Julia (preferably), Python, C++ etc., and willingness to improve these skills
- Knowledge about electric energy systems
