Job Description
The Fraunhofer Institute for Microelectronic Circuits and Systems IMS is seeking a Microtechnology Technician/Microtechnology Operator to perform process steps for wafer processing in their clean rooms. The successful candidate will operate automated process equipment, ensure quality assurance, and contribute to the development and customer projects.
Requirements
- Completed technical education as a microtechnologist, physicist laboratory assistant, or comparable
- Practical experience in operating complex production machinery
- First work experience with clean room conditions, ideally in MEMS, semiconductor, or optoelectronic production
