We are seeking a Project Leader Technical Building Equipment (TGA) to manage smaller or medium-sized renovations in our research building, ensuring quality through commissioning tests and acceptance. The ideal candidate will have a completed university degree as an engineer (FH) or a vocational training as a state-certified technician in the field of supply technology, with several years of professional experience as a technical planner or facility manager.
Requirements
- Completed university degree as an engineer (FH) or a vocational training as a state-certified technician in the field of supply technology
- Several years of professional experience as a technical planner or facility manager
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations for laboratories or in the research building
- Experience in handling SAP (S4/HANA or EAM)
- Routine handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and 2D construction
- Communication and project management skills
