Job Description
ATHENE is seeking a full-time Social Media Manager to build and manage its social media presence from the ground up. The role involves managing and conceptualizing existing social media channels, setting up new ones, and creating content in a scientific environment.
Requirements
- Completed university degree or equivalent qualification in marketing, communications, media, or social media management
- At least 2–3 years of professional experience in social media, preferably in a scientific environment
- Creativity and a strong sense for target-group-specific content across different platforms
- Practical experience with design and video tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Express, Premiere), DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or Canva
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
