Studentische Hilfskraft "Entwicklung neuartiger Modulkonzepte für integrierte PV"

As a student assistant, you'll support the development of novel module concepts for integrated PV at Fraunhofer Institute for Solar Energy Systems ISE in Freiburg, Germany. You'll work on tasks such as ensuring a smooth workflow of the laboratory infrastructure, supporting in prototype construction, and assisting with conception, construction, and procurement of parts or research tasks. The position offers exclusive insight into research and development, modern labor infrastructure, research mix, supervision, teamwork, and opportunities for diversity and equality.

Requirements

• Studying engineering, sustainable systems engineering, physics, or a comparable field of study
• Basic knowledge of photovoltaics is an advantage
• Technical understanding and manual skills
• Ability to work independently, be engaged, think independently, and bring good ideas to the table
• Fluent communication in English and German
• Routine use of MS Office
• Knowledge of Python and CAD programs is desirable but not a requirement
