The Fraunhofer Society is seeking a Technical Staff Member in Facility Management to join their team at the Arnstadt site. The successful candidate will be responsible for independent coordination and control of maintenance, inspection, and maintenance measures, as well as participating in the planning and scheduling of services from external service providers and subcontractors.

Requirements

• Completed training in the field of electrical and/or heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary trade
• Several years of practical experience in the field of technical facility management is desirable
• Willingness to work as a safety officer
• Driver's license class B
