Job Description
The Fraunhofer Institute for Electronic Microsystems and Solid-State Technology EMFT is seeking a student assistant in human resources management to support operational issues, including procurement, controlling, finance, and human resources. The assistant will be responsible for tasks such as contract preparation and archiving, personal data recording, job posting creation, onboarding, and evaluation creation.
Requirements
- Enrolled at a university/college
- Business administration or related field study
- Interest in human resources management and office work
- Good understanding of MS-Office, especially MS-Excel
- Good verbal and written communication skills in German and English
