Job Description
We investigate the combustion of solid fuels under extreme conditions in our working group 'Interior Ballistics & Detonics' at Fraunhofer ICT. You will develop an existing simulation code and analyze its stability, accuracy, and efficiency.
Requirements
- Ph.D. studies in Techno-Mathematics, Aerospace Engineering, Computational Engineering Science, or comparable fields
- Knowledge of mathematical modeling
- Basic programming knowledge in Python, Julia, Matlab, C++, or comparable languages
- Good language skills in German or English
