Job Description
The Fraunhofer Institute for Communication, Information Processing and Ergonomics FKIE is looking for a scientific staff member in the field of vulnerability analysis for firmware and software. The role involves making important contributions to the team in the areas of defense and public security, improving existing analysis skills, and testing new approaches for the automated identification and evaluation of vulnerabilities.
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science, preferably with a focus on cybersecurity or in a comparable course of study, as well as a doctorate on a topic relevant to the advertised position
- Knowledge of vulnerability analysis, evaluation, and verification using hybrid approaches (static and dynamic)
- Experience in setting up and applying Cyber Reasoning Systems
- References from research and teaching in the field of cybersecurity
