Requirements
- Successful completion of a scientific university degree in computer science or a comparable course of study
- Funded knowledge and project experience in the field of LLM and its applications for complex problem-solving
- In-depth understanding of formal semantic models, ontologies, UML models, and knowledge graphs
- Very good programming skills in Java and Python
- Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
- Analytical skills, a structured, solution-oriented, and independent way of working
