We are seeking a Research and Development Engineer to work on research and industrial projects in production technology, with a focus on assembly area in battery cell production. The role involves overseeing and optimizing production processes, accompanying assembly and commissioning of new processes and plants, and driving production campaigns, quality assurance, and innovation projects forward.
Requirements
- Completed academic degree (or diploma) in electrical engineering, chemistry, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering, physics, or a comparable field.
- Interest in production technologies, especially in battery cell production and joining technology.
- Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach.
- Team skills and communication strength in German and English.
- Confident working with MS Office applications.
