Requirements

• Manage and review complex corporate tax returns
• Advise foreign inbound clients on U.S. tax compliance and reporting obligations
• Identify tax efficiencies and risk mitigation strategies for middle-market companies
• Provide tax planning and advisory services to seed-stage and early-stage companies
• Stay current on federal, state, local, and international tax developments
