Accounts Payable Specialist II

The Accounts Payable Specialist II provides support to internal and external customers, processing day-to-day invoices and ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and payments are timely while adhering to AP policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years processing accounts payable; previous experience in a healthcare setting
• Ability to effectively prioritize, work independently, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction
• Positive attitude, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to identifying issues and recommend improvements
