Bioinformatics Analyst I/II

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center is seeking a highly motivated Bioinformatician I/II to analyze RNA-seq, CUT&RUN, CUT&Tag, Proteomics, Spatial transcriptomics and scRNA-seq to understand fundamental pathogenic mechanisms underlying pancreatic cancer and cholangiocarcinoma. This is a hybrid position requiring on-site presence three days a week.

Requirements

• analyze RNA-seq, CUT&RUN, CUT&Tag, Proteomics, Spatial transcriptomics and scRNA-seq
• understand fundamental pathogenic mechanisms underlying pancreatic cancer and cholangiocarcinoma
• generate and customize common data visualizations (PCA plots, volcano plots, Circos plots, etc)
