Clinical Oncology Pharmacist

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center is seeking a Clinical Oncology Pharmacist to provide clinical pharmacy services to assigned clinic patients. The pharmacist will work as an integral member of the patient care services team, providing pharmacotherapeutic recommendations to providers and other healthcare professionals. The role requires a strong understanding of clinical pharmacy services, including direct patient care, drug dispensing, research, and practice management.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited School of Pharmacy
• State of Washington Pharmacist License
• Two years of experience in pharmacy practice
