Post-Doctoral Research Fellow

This Postdoctoral Research Fellow position provides an opportunity to develop novel statistical and computational methodologies with direct translational impact on cancer care. The role includes collaboration with clinician-scientists, protected time for methodological research and software development, and training and mentorship in grant writing and career development.

Requirements

• Develop statistical and computational methods and associated software for liquid biopsy–derived multi-omics data
• Contribute to multi-modal analyses integrating multiple types of omic data, and potentially medical imaging modalities
• Apply developed methods to translational research problems, including multi-cancer early detection, cancer prognosis, and MRD monitoring
