Job Description
The Registered Nurse - Infusion role provides patient centric care and is primarily responsible for nursing assessment and diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The role includes safe handling of hazardous drugs, patient and family education, communication and teamwork, and professional development.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license or current NLC multistate license (MSL); and MSL primary state of residence must be updated to WA within 60 days of hire
- Current BLS AHA Health Provider Card (or equivalent course)
- ONS Chemotherapy Provider Card (required within 3 months of hire)
- Certification in oncology or specialty practice area (preferred)
- 2 years of RN Oncology experience in an ambulatory infusion setting (preferred)
