Job Description
The ACHE SEP Administrative Intern will participate in a 10-week internship program to gain hands-on experience in healthcare operations, change management, and cross-functional collaboration at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center.
Requirements
- Current graduate-level student (MHA, MPH, MBA, or another related degree) participating in the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) Summer Enrichment Program (SEP)
- Strong interest in healthcare leadership, hospital administration, healthcare operations, or quality improvement
- Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a professional healthcare environment
