Job Description
At Freddie Mac, we are seeking an experienced Compliance-Ethics Investigations Lead to join our Ethics and Compliance team. The successful candidate will investigate internal allegations and complaints, collaborate with other investigative units, and ensure compliance with enterprise and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- College degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of overall experience in ethics, compliance, investigations, and risk management
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to think critically
- Proficiency in using compliance tools in investigations and daily work
- Strong understanding of ethical risk areas including conflicts of interest, workplace conduct, misuse of information, and integrity breaches
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare executive ready investigation summaries
