Job Description
Freddie Mac is seeking a Fraud Senior to contribute expertise in mortgage and financial crimes to fraud investigations. The role involves evaluating claims of mortgage fraud, executing comprehensive examinations, and analyzing investigative progress. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of experience in filing SARs and the mortgage or housing industry.
Requirements
- 5 - 7 years of experience filing Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs)
- 5 - 7 years of experience in the mortgage or housing industry, such as underwriting, servicing, or quality control
- Experience conducting Quality Control and Quality Assurance
- Experience with financial crimes investigations
- Experience gathering and analyzing relevant evidence to support fraud findings and money laundering trends
- Solid understanding and knowledge of risk management and controls
- Ability to communicate and present to all levels of management including executive leadership
