Job Description
We are seeking a Multifamily Asset Management Professional to join our team at Freddie Mac. As a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual with a passion for real estate, you will be involved in processes related to property surveillance in our Freddie Mac multifamily loan information to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Business Administration or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills may be acquired
- At least 2-4 years of experience in asset management, banking or finance with specific emphasis on asset management, commercial lending, property inspections and credit analysis/underwriting
- Understanding of and experience with technology productivity tools, specifically Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Power Point, Teams)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and be self-directed
- Strong organizational skills
