Join Freddie Mac as a Multifamily Asset Management Senior to investigate, monitor, and resolve distressed multifamily loans, while working with borrowers, sponsors, and loan servicers to evaluate and arrive at solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- 5+ years of related work experience in a real estate finance and special servicing/loan workout environment
- Expertise in MS Excel with ability to create & utilize macros, tables, formulas, charts, etc.
