Multifamily Product Analysis - Professional

Freddie Mac is seeking a Product Analyst to support product delivery and business transformation for the Multifamily function. The role involves partnering with business stakeholders and the Product Owner to document product goals and customer needs. The position requires a strong analytical and problem-solving skillset, as well as experience working with agile delivery teams and the mortgage, real estate, or broader financial services industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2 - 4 years of experience in product /business analysis, product operations, or a related role supporting technology delivery.
• Proficient with Atlassian software suite (Jira, Confluence) or similar agile management tools.
• Experience working with agile delivery teams (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and supporting backlog refinement, business process documentation and requirements management.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills; able to use data and stakeholder input to inform recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to facilitate working sessions and document outcomes clearly.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments with flexibility to manage multiple concurrent priorities.
• Experience in the mortgage, real estate, or broader financial services industry is required.
