Job Description
At Freddie Mac, our mission is to make home possible for families across the country. The Multifamily Underwriting Analyst will be responsible for underwriting conventional multifamily loans, evaluating credit risk, and collaborating with external and internal partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, economics, business administration, or related field
- 0 - 1 years of related work experience in the commercial/multifamily real estate industry
- Knowledge of real estate property fundamentals and real estate lending/underwriting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel domestically
