Job Description
Freddie Mac is seeking a Non-Financial Risk Reporting Senior to drive results and lead initiatives in the Enterprise Risk Management organization. The successful candidate will produce, coordinate, and improve enterprise risk reporting to leaders, while learning about risk management in a complex, regulated environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, risk management, information systems, or related field
- 5 years of experience in risk management, risk reporting, governance, controls, compliance, data, or a related analytical role
- Exposure to standardized reporting, governance routines, or documentation processes
- Basic understanding of non-financial risk concepts and control environments
- Familiarity with data quality concepts such as definitions, consistency, and completeness
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured, deadline-driven environment
