Sales Executive (Part-time)

We're looking for a Sales Executive to reconnect with past customers and inspire them to rediscover the delight of Freddie's Flowers. The role involves building rapport, handling objections, and persuading customers to give us another try.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills: Clear, engaging and empathetic communicator.
• Sales confidence: Ability to overcome objections and close deals with authenticity.
• Organisation: Effective time management and attention to detail in tracking conversations.
• Creativity: Willingness to test new approaches and share ideas.
• Tech comfort: Experience using CRM tools (training provided on Zendesk and Dixa).
