Exercise Referral Professional/Gweithwyr Proffesiynol Atgyfeirio Ymarfer

We are looking for an Exercise Referral Professional to join our NERS team to deliver a local Exercise Referral Programme in Wales, improving physical activity levels and health of people in Wales.

Requirements

• Provide consultations for clients and collect data to monitor progress
• Deliver high-quality physical activity opportunities for special populations
• Implement data and management protocols including GDPR compliance
• Assist in the evaluation of NERS by collecting accurate data
• Signpost clients to exit routes
• Support new Exercise Referral Professionals
• Attend and represent NERS Coordinator at meetings
• Ensure development and dissemination of good practice in exercise delivery
• Provide cover for other Exercise Referral Professionals
• Deliver fitness classes at Knighton Sports Centre
