Job Description
The Dining Room Supervisor is responsible for the overall operation, coordination, appearance and maintenance of the dining area, catered events, meetings and wait staff station and ensuring that courteous and efficient services are delivered.
Requirements
- Supervises the physical appearance of the dining room
- Supervises Dining Room personnel
- Schedules work assignments
- Maintains pertinent and appropriate resident and staff attendance records
- Ensures that all policies and procedures related to safety and health are followed
- Promotes team work within the department and between departments
