Director of Marketing & Sales position available at Delaney at Parkway Lakes in Richmond, TX. Responsible for leading occupancy growth through strategic outreach, relationship-based selling, and decisive closing.
Requirements
- 3â5+ years of successful sales experience (senior living strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to close high-stake, compassionate sales
- Bachelorâs degree in marketing, sales, or related field (preferred)
- Management experience a plus
