Front Desk Concierge

Front Desk Concierge responsible for answering and transferring calls, performing clerical duties, and providing customer service. Provides on-going switchboard coverage, distributes packages, and maintains visitor sign-in logs. Maintains security for admittance and prepares maintenance work orders. Prepares correspondence and documents, and receives visitors in a courteous manner. PRN - On-call.

Requirements

• High school graduate
• Ability to communicate efficiently in English
• Typing and experience with Microsoft Office software
• Background Screening through AHCA
