Job Description
The Marshes of Skidaway is seeking an IT Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors, excellent computer skills, and a strong understanding of various operating systems and software/apps.
Requirements
- Troubleshooting and repairing home users' issues with Windows, Mac, iOS, & Android operating systems and software/apps
- Installing, troubleshooting, & repairing home users desktops, laptops, printers, phones, routers, etc.
- Setting up AV equipment for meetings & activities
- Setting up new computer systems and performing routine maintenance
- Assisting staff with computer issues.
- Maintaining & troubleshooting business phone system, server, network infrastructure, security cameras
- Troubleshooting and repairing business users' issues with Windows operating system and software
- Configuring, installing, troubleshooting, & repairing business users' desktops, laptops, printers, phones, etc.
