LPN / LVN

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Professional Nurse to join our Health Center team at Carillon Senior Living. The LPN/LVN will provide direct nursing care to residents and delegate and supervise the care provided by our Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of vocational nursing
• Maintains a current license with the Texas State Board of Nurse Examiners for Vocational Nursing
• Has a current card for the successful completion of Basic Cardiac Life Support (CPR – Healthcare Provider)
• At least one-year experience as charge nurse in a geriatric setting preferred
• Has effective communication skills, both oral and written
