Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles, ideally in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to learn Salesforce software
- Ability to speak, read and comprehend the English language
- Ability to take initiative and direction
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Positive, empathetic attitude and a genuine desire to assist seniors and their families
