Job Description
The Marketing & Sales Coordinator supports the sales and marketing efforts of the community, providing administrative and operational assistance to the Director of Marketing and Sales or Residency and Sales Counselors.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles, ideally in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn Salesforce
