Painter

Join our team at South Port Square, a 40-acre campus in Port Charlotte, FL, and contribute to a positive impact on our residents' lives. As a Painter, you'll be responsible for performing accurate and efficient painting and wall coverings, maintaining the esthetics of high traffic common areas, and restoring painted areas in vacated units.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of commercial and residential painting/wallcovering
• Proficiency in the English language
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
• Ability to deal with problems involving few concrete variables in standardized situations
• Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community
• Doctor's statement verifying free from communicable disease
• Must be flexible and have integrity
