Payroll Accountant responsible for processing payroll, handling benefit processing, and tax reporting for LCS employees. Must have 3+ years of payroll experience and knowledge of payroll laws and tax reporting regulations.
Requirements
- Associate degree in accounting preferred
- 3 + years of payroll experience in a complex multi-state organization
- Knowledge of payroll laws and tax reporting regulations required
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud system preferred
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and 10-key skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
