RN Case Manager

RN Case Manager position at South Port Square, responsible for resident move-in and evaluation, and coordination of services.

Requirements

• RN currently licensed by the State of Florida in good standing
• At least 6 months nursing experience
• Geriatric involvement preferable
• Can generate a warm, friendly, and caring manner on first impression
• Can communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and visitors
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality
• Can pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
