Requirements

• Serves meals in compliance with Member preferences and orders
• Stocks items in kitchen, dining rooms, wait stations, kitchen wait station, and break room as necessary
• Demonstrates the skills and techniques of fine dining service
• Runs food independently
• Uses the computer to enter orders, split checks, and charge members correctly
