Waitstaff

The Cedars of Chapel Hill is seeking a Waitstaff to serve meals to Members in the casual, formal, bar, and private dining rooms.

Requirements

• Provides food and beverage items as required.
• Serves meals in the dining rooms in compliance with Member preferences and orders.
• Stocks items in kitchen, dining rooms, wait stations, kitchen wait station, and break room as necessary.
• Demonstrates the skills and techniques of fine dining service.
• Runs food independently.
• Serves entire 3-4 table section independently with some assistance needed.
• Uses computer to enter orders, split checks, and charge members correctly.
