Waitstaff

The Cedars of Chapel Hill is an upscale retirement community seeking a Waitstaff to serve meals to members in the casual, formal, bar, and private dining rooms.

Requirements

• 1. Provides food and beverage items as required.
• 2. Serves meals in the dining rooms in compliance with Member preferences and orders.
• 3. Stocks items in kitchen, dining rooms, wait stations, kitchen wait station, and break room as necessary.
• 4. Demonstrates the skills and techniques of fine dining service.
• 5. Runs food independently.
• 6. Is able to serve entire 3-4 table section independently with some assistance needed.
• 7. Is able to use the computer to enter orders, split checks, and charge members correctly.
