2026-27 Elementary Teacher (3-5)

Freedom Preparatory Academy Charter Schools is seeking experienced elementary teachers (3rd through 5th grade) for their expanding network of charter schools in Memphis, TN and Birmingham, AL. They aim to prepare students to excel in college and in life through a rigorous academic environment and a focus on character development. Teachers will be responsible for introducing concepts, fostering student growth, and collaborating with other teachers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Master's Degree strongly preferred
• Valid Tennessee teaching license
• Two to four years of urban teaching experience is preferred
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
