Freedom Solar is a leading solar installation company looking for a customer service-oriented Service Coordinator to join their team. The role involves providing exceptional customer experience, answering customer inquiries, and ensuring efficient and timely solutions to clients.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of high-volume customer engagement experience
- Prior solar experience in a monitoring, sales or service capacity a strong plus!
- Strong computer skills
- Professionality and a positive attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
