Systems Engineer

Freedom Technology Solutions Group is seeking a Systems Engineer to add to a new team in Annapolis Junction, MD. The successful candidate will perform systems engineering functions, including defining and documenting concept of operations, operational/system requirements, and use cases to support system development. The position requires an active security clearance and a bachelor's degree.

Requirements

• Performing systems engineering functions, including defining and documenting concept of operations, operational/system requirements, and use cases to support system development.
• Performing high-level system design.
• Specifying system/component performance and interface requirements; and developing installation, integration, and acceptance test plans.
• Continuously assess existing organizational processes and work products to ensure they best facilitate strategic and tactical efforts.
• Coordinate with customers, project teams, and related organizations to ensure solutions satisfy the requirements.
• Define and communicate a shared technical and architectural vision for the solutions developed by the product teams.
