The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and attentive, with excellent interpersonal skills and experience in documents turnover organizing.
Requirements
- Welcoming and assisting visitors of all seniority levels;
- Managing the Company’s internal and external communications;
- Coordinating and maintaining calendars, arranging appointments;
- Handling incoming calls, directing them appropriately, and welcoming business clients and guests;
- Supporting document flow across Company departments;
- Executing administrative processes and procedures;
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the office;
- Providing support for ad hoc tasks as needed;
- Ensuring confidential handling of sensitive and corporate information.
